🚿 Field Technician — Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning
Location: Gaithersburg, MD (Field-Based, Montgomery County Area)
Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience
Operate professional-grade pressure washing equipment to clean homes, businesses, driveways, gutters, roofs, and more. Paid training provided — experience preferred but not required.
⭐ Lead Technician
Location: Gaithersburg, MD (Field-Based, Montgomery County Area)
Type: Full-Time
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience
Lead a crew of field technicians, ensure quality control, and serve as the on-site point of contact for clients. Requires prior pressure washing experience and strong leadership skills.
🔧 Equipment Mechanic — Small Engine & Trailer Repair
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience
Keep our fleet of pressure washing equipment and trailers in top working condition. Diagnose and repair small engines, hoses, reels, pumps, and related equipment.

General Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently (required for safe communication with clients and crew — miscommunication can result in property damage or safety hazards)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude, team player, dependable
Preferred Qualifications
- Veterans of any military branch or public service — strongly encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in power washing, exterior cleaning, or a related field
- 3+ months working at a similar service company
- Prior experience operating 32′ ladders, scaffolding, or man-lifts
